Founder Ricky Patel launches his management career in hospitality with the Pine Haven Motel located in Meridian, MS.

RCR Management Company changes name to Paragon Hotel Company and leases office space for its employees.
PHC developes its first Marriott Hotel- Fairfield Inn & Suites-Anderson, SC and the following year the Fairfield Inn & Suites-Greenwood, SC.
Company purchases an older residential building and converts it to office space.

Hiilton Garden Inn-Lynchburg, VA and Homewood Suites-Greenville, SC purchased during pre-construction phases providing PHC with F&B & extended stay experiences.
Quality Inn-Anderson, SC converts to a full-service Holiday Inn after multi-million dollar renovation.
