Cindy Suttles joined Paragon Hotel Company in 2010 as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Anderson and was promoted to her current position as Regional Director of Operations in 2015. Cindy manages the Southern Region of the Paragon hotel portfolio which includes the following brands: Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Country Inn & Suites, Comfort Suites and Wingate Inn. Cindy is passionate about the hospitality industry and believes that happy employees equal happy guests.

A native of Alabama, Cindy graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS degree in Communications. Cindy’s hospitality career encompasses experience in Sales and Marketing, Operations, Training and Development as well as new hotel openings and renovations. Always actively involved in her community, Cindy has also worked with Quality Inns, Days Inns and LaQuinta Inns. Prior to joining Paragon Hotel Company, she opened an award-winning Hilton Garden Inn in Cartersville GA., and received the LaQuinta GM of the Year award. Cindy has also been the recipient of numerous and various hospitality awards including IHG Torchbearer; multiple IHG Quality of Excellence awards and Paragon Hotel GM of the Year. In 2015, Cindy was featured in the Hotel Management magazine as a “GM to Watch”.

Cindy and Larry, her husband of 6 years have 2 children and one grandchild. They enjoy living on Lake Hartwell and boating as well as spending time with family, friends and traveling.
