Suzy Neal serves as the Office Administrator and Assistant to the Director of People and Culture, joining the company in 2016. Suzy oversees the daily functions of the Corporate Office as well as processing all new hires, terminations and other associate record updates for the various Paragon properties.

Mrs. Neal is a graduate of Erskine College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, emphasis in Computer Science. She spent ten years as a Computer Programmer for an Insurance firm in Greenville, SC before spending 20 years as the Accountant and Web Master for a private Christian school.

Suzy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, singing, and playing golf with her husband. They are active members of their local church family.
