Mitesh Patel provides Paragon Hotel Company with expertise in project development, operations and leadership. He has the direct responsibility in maximizing value at both the property and portfolio levels by providing in-depth operational strategy and management leadership. By leveraging his close ties with both industry and brand leaders, Mr. Patel has more than tripled Paragon’s portfolio since joining in 2005.

Prior to joining PHC’s Leadership Team, Mitesh Patel was a Manager at a healthcare consulting firm in Charlotte, NC. He gained a thorough understanding of project development and operations by analyzing economic effects of changes in healthcare policies. A graduate of Emory University, Mitesh Patel also received a master’s degree with highest honors from Mercer University in Healthcare Administration. He continues to play an active role in the hospitality industry and community through involvement with the Convention & Visitors Bureau and Chamber of Commerce, while previously sitting on the Holiday Inn Brand Committee and representing his state as AAHOA’s South Carolina Regional Director.

In Mitesh’s spare time, he enjoys being an eclectic listener of a variety of music including such genres such as 80’s hits, techno/house music, r&b/hip hop, and reggae/dancehall. His “musicaholic” tendencies have provided fun-filled opportunities for his family to spend quality time with each other at home and at artist concerts such as Madonna, U2, Tiesto, Dave Matthews Band, and Outkast. The small things in life of having his music collection sync with his smartphone, media player, laptop, and car bring satisfaction to Mitesh while excelling in his personal and professional life.
